Studio Ludens shares personal data with the third parties below, for the purposes listed with each of them:
We do not rent or sell your personal data to third parties.
A cookie is a small file that is sent along with pages of a website and stored by your browser on the hard disk of your computer. Studio Ludens makes use of cookies in the Service such as functional, affiliate, analytical and tracking cookies.
If you do not want that your cookies are used, you can modify your browser so that it notifies you when cookies are sent to it, or you can refuse cookies altogether. You can also delete cookies that have already been set.
If you wish to restrict or block web browser cookies which are set on your device, then you can do this through your browser settings. The 'Help' function within your browser should tell you how to restrict or block web browser cookies. Alternatively, you may wish to visit www.aboutcookies.org, which contains comprehensive information on how to do this on a wide variety of desktop browsers.
You can choose whether to accept cookies that are set by Studio Ludens and their third party suppliers, through the cookie consent banner.
OpenPanel, which we use for usage statistics (see section 9), does not use cookies. Outside Germany and France it runs without the cookie banner.
Be aware that if you do not accept cookies, we can no longer guarantee that the Service is working properly. It is possible that some functions of the Service are lost or even that you cannot parts of the website at all.
We use OpenPanel, a service of OpenPanel AB (Stockholm, Sweden), to measure how repper.app, the design app (repper.app/design), the mobile web app (m.repper.app) and the Masterclass are used. Your browser sends this data to our own domain, and our server forwards it to OpenPanel. OpenPanel acts as our processor under a data processing agreement and stores the data on servers in Germany. A Cloudflare content-delivery layer is in the path; if data passes through the United States, this happens under standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
OpenPanel does not set cookies, and we do not store anything on your device for it. Your browser sends the page address, the referrer, your browser, operating system and device type. OpenPanel derives an approximate location (city and country) from your IP address. To count visitors, OpenPanel computes a hash of your IP address, user agent and our project id that changes every day. Your IP address itself is not stored.
We also record events: clicking a sign-up prompt, signing up, logging in, opening a project, adding a snapshot, exporting, completing a tutorial, starting a checkout, a purchase (the plan, the revenue and a hashed checkout reference) and cancelling a plan.
Our servers also send a few events to OpenPanel: a first sign-up, a subscription being created (the revenue and the same hashed checkout reference) and a subscription being cancelled. These events contain no name, email address, IP address or user agent. We use them to check that our measurements are complete.
If your browser's time zone shows that you are in Germany or France, OpenPanel sends nothing until you accept statistics cookies in the cookie banner.
If you are logged in and have accepted statistics cookies, we link these events to your account id (not to your name or email address). Without that consent, the statistics stay anonymous.
We process this data on the basis of our legitimate interest in understanding and improving the Service (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Where the cookie banner applies (in Germany and France, and for linking events to your account), we rely on your consent. We keep OpenPanel events for 13 months.
You can object to these statistics at any time by sending an email to support@repper.app. We answer within one month.
Repper is entitled to amend this privacy policy from time to time. We will publish the changes on our website along with the updated version of the privacy policy. We recommend you to read the privacy policy on a frequent basis.
You have the right to request us access to and rectification or erasure of your data or to restrict (further) processing of it, as well as the right to data portability. You also have the right to object to processing based on our legitimate interest (Article 21 GDPR). Please contact us at support@repper.app for any requests concerning your rights. We answer within one month.
You can withdraw your consent for cookies at any time by changing your choice in the cookie banner. To object to the usage statistics (section 9), send an email to support@repper.app.
In case of any complaints with regard to the processing of your data, we hope that you will contact us. However, additionally, you are entitled to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens. You can contact them at their website.
Please contact us at support@repper.app if you have any questions with respect to the processing of your personal data on our Service.
